Our Program
The Balanced Brain offers a comprehensive neurotherapy program focused on building self-regulation through non-invasive brain and nervous system training. Neurotherapy is an umbrella term that includes neurofeedback (historically referred to as EEG biofeedback) along with related neurostimulation and neuromodulation techniques, all working toward the same foundational goal.
Our program follows a consistent structure, combining assessment-informed training protocols with supportive neurotherapy methods and integrated nutritional and wellness coaching, including lab testing and sleep analysis, to support meaningful and lasting change.
Neurofeedback Training
Neurofeedback is a core neurotherapy method that trains the brain to improve self-regulation using real-time feedback. Training protocols are informed by assessment data and adjusted over time to support stable changes in focus, mood, and cognitive performance.
Neurofeedback training uses real-time brain activity feedback to help strengthen self-regulation.
Protocols are individualized and may include specialized approaches, such as Alpha–Theta training, as part of a comprehensive neurotherapy program.
Neuromodualtion
Neuromodulation and neurostimulation techniques are important elements of our neurotherapy program, offering additional pathways for training nervous system regulation. These approaches work alongside neurofeedback—and in some cases independently—to engage the brain and body through different physiological mechanisms.
Methods may include HEG training, transcranial photobiomodulation (tPBM), heart rate variability–based training, and other non-invasive neurostimulation approaches, all selected to support the development of stable self-regulation skills.
Health & Wellness Coaching
Coaching provides the real-world support that helps change stick. You’ll work with our coach on diet and lifestyle, sleep hygiene, HRV training, and accountability—so your nervous system training is reinforced by everyday habits.
